HDPE High Speed Extrusion Solution

LlANSU offer size range from 20~1600 mm with high speed extrusion lines, suitable for mono layer and multi layer pipe extrusion.

Extruder

LIANSU developed  L/D 40 screw, spiral structure barrel, spiral feedbush, ensure high output , controllable melting temperature, less conveying energy consumption.


Optimized screw design ensure the linear trend between screw rotary speed and output, constant output per screw rotation, extruder output is not affected by back pressure variations.


The energy consumption distribution of LIANSU extruder : 90% use for plasticization and 10% use for extrusion,  and 95% comes from the extruder motor and 5% from heating. 


Combined screw&barrel design + PMS motor + high torque gearbox , Liansu 40D single screw extruder energy consumption within the range of: 0.19~0.21kwh/kg.

Melt Cooler

HDPE Pipe OD over 800mm or above and pipe thickness reach 80mm or above, LlANSU offer melt cooler device installed (self-developed patented product) in between extruder and pipe head, efficiency to reduce 10-15 degree melt temperature and minimize the melt sagging inside pipe head to ensure uniform wall thickness.

Pipe Head 

Liansu manufactured single layer pipe head up to 2700mm, multi-layer pipe head up to 1600mm, Every pipe head design adopts CAE anolog melt flow simulation,ensure entire spiral pipe head ishomogeneous melt flow rate ,  it is the key factor to guarantee pipe uniform wall thickness.

Vacuum calibration 

Vacuum control adopts automatic negative pressure closed-loop control system to ensure rapid pipe forming , shorten the required cooling tank length , greatly increase pump motor life-cycle, realized over 50% energy saving.

Haul off 

Haul off Unit adopts "one-to-multiple" servo synchronous control, one inverter driver drives multiple permanent magnet synchronous servo motors simultaneously with speed ratio range exceeding 50 times, stable pulling force. Winch device also adopt servo control accurate synchronized with hauling speed, reducing waste percentage.

Cutter 

LIANSU developed Fully automatic swarfless cutter from 20~2700mm,  realized "one-button " automatic switch diameter change" function, reduce machine downtime, less labor force and reduce maintenance. The cutting size is from size OD20~2700mm and is suitable ultra-thick pipe cutting up to 150mm.

Online automation coiler

Liansu developed full automatic coiler for small diameter range,  coiler equips with on line PP/PET strapping automatic packaging and automatic discharging functions. Line speed can reach 70m/min. Coiler adopts a full servo system and laser ranging closed-loop tension control, and servo packaging head "arrow-through" packing strap packaging method ensures that within the minimum coiling radius, realized coiled pipes perfect arranging, automatic coiler greatly improves the customer's production capacity and reduces labor costs.
