Extruder
Equipped with parallel twin-screw，optimized 36 L/D screw design,double venting, double compression ensures high output, good shearing and plasticization performance. Extruder adopts self-brand of permanent magnet synchronous servo motor (PMs motor ), contribute energy-saving and less power factor. Extruder equipped with loss in weight combo to achieve online accuracy dosing and even mixing. Combo composed by multiple sets of loss in weigh feeders and gravimetric dosers, it can realized online dosing dry blend material and extra calcium carbonate, and pulverized material, extra calcium carbonate on line feeding up to 40PHRand reduce 20 kwh per ton mixing power consumption instead of traditional mixing. Loss in weigh combo can automatic online switch formula to reduce time to change material or color, reduce material waste and labor cost.
Pipe Head
PVC pipe head adopts double layer distribution structure, maintain low back pressure under high output extrusion which perfectly eliminate diversion marks.
Vacuum Calibration
LIANSU adopts patented design in cooling spray of vacuum tank , to increase cooling area, and improved cooling water utilization. Cooling efficiency 20% higher than nozzle spray cooling.
Haul-Off
Adopted synchronized servo drive solution to ensure the wide speed range of hauling.
Cutting
LIANSU PVC pipe high speed cutter adopt swarfless cut and dustless chamfering cutting. Control adopt servo system and electronic cam synchronous. According to preset formula in HMI, cutter operation can realize different pipe lengths online cutting.
Online Socket Machine
LIANSU developed full range of riebber type socket machine from 40mm to 630 mm. High-speed online socket speed can reach 16 m/min (OD110x2.2mm) and in online feed rubber ring, pipe length can reach min 0.5 meter, max 6 meter. It can synchronize with cutter to switch required pipe length.
On-line Automatic Packaging Unit
