Liansu developed and provides different types of PPR pipe extrusion lines.Pipe diameter range from 16 to160mm which can meet the needs of PPR single-layer, double-layer, three layer and four-layer co-extrusion pipes. Downsteam can be matched with on line automatic Bundling and Packaging machine.

Single Screw Extruder

Adopt screw design with large 40 L/D ratio to achieve high output and energy saving. The extruder can be integrated with online gravimetric doser for masterbatch.

Pipe Head

Spiral structure pipe head design, ensure the uniform thickness extrernal layer coextrusion, and adopts vacuum technology inside pipe head and keep the external layer well attached with inner pipe.

Vacuum Forming Tank

Adopts automatic negative pressure closed-loop control system to ensure stable pipe forming, energy saving and noise reduction.

Haul-off Unit

Permanent magnet synchronous motor and high-speed hauling belt are used to ensure a stable speed regulation range of more than 50 times and realized high speed production.

Cutting

Rotary swarfless cutter or flying knife swarfless cutter for option, precised cutting length control.

Packaging

The whole series of online auto packing device realized on line auto bundling and bagging,on line weighing system before bundling ensured the quality of pipe before packing,greatly improve efficiency and reduce labor investment.
