Mconvey provided the completed feeding system for LIANSU OD1200mm HDPE multi-layer pipe extrusion lines and successfully acceptance at end-user’s site. Before extrusion processing, MCONVEY offered plastic auxiliary machine, including automated material debagging station , multi-component weighing and mixing, dehumidification and drying, and online color dosing system, ensuring the accuracy of raw material ratio and the stability of raw material quality, helping customers achieve efficient and high-quality production of multi-layer HDPE pipe production lines.


Efficient debagging and feeding

The raw material debagging and feeding is equipped with robot depalletizing and double-station feeding station. The robot quickly and automatically grabs, unpacks and accurately feeds the raw materials to the feeding station, effectively reducing the error and instability of manual feeding and greatly improving the automation level and operating efficiency of the production line.


Accurate weighing and mixing

Equipped with multi-component gravimetric blender, the system weighs the amount of each raw material added in real time to ensure the formula of each batch is accurate, avoid waste of raw materials, and improve the stability of the production process.

High efficient dehumidification and drying

Mconvey provides two-in-one dehumidification dryer to efficiently remove excess moisture from the raw materials, ensuring the stability of the production process and the high-quality surface of the pipe.


Online masterbatch dosing

The extruder is flexibly equipped with an online gravimetric doser for granular material to accurately control the amount of masterbatch added to ensure uniform color of multi-layer HDPE pipes, avoid color difference, improve appearance quality, reduce color material waste, and improve production efficiency.
